What we do

FastSMSOnline gives you one place to write a message, choose who receives it, send it, and see what happened afterwards. You buy SMS credits when you need them, send from a sender ID your customers recognise, and check delivery from the same dashboard.

That is deliberately the whole product. Most organisations that need SMS do not need a marketing suite — they need to send a clear message to a list of people and know it arrived.

How it is built

The sending itself runs on the Digitrust Messaging Platform, which handles the connections to mobile networks, the delivery receipts that come back, and the wallet your credits live in. FastSMSOnline is the interface you work in and the account that is yours.

Splitting it this way means we are not maintaining our own copy of your balance or your delivery history. There is one source of truth for what you have spent and what was delivered, which is the platform itself.

Where we operate

We are focused on Ghana. The interface is in English, billing is in Ghana cedis, and sender IDs are set up for local use.
