What is one SMS credit?
One credit sends one message of up to 160 characters to one recipient. If your message contains emoji or certain special characters, one part holds 70 characters instead. Longer messages are split into parts, and each part uses one credit.
Can I top up a custom amount instead of a package?
Yes. Enter any amount from GHS 1 on the Top up page in your dashboard. Custom amounts are charged at the standard rate of GHS 0.10 per SMS; packages with a bonus work out cheaper.
How do I pay?
Card and mobile money payments are handled by Paystack. Your balance updates once the payment is confirmed.
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your wallet until you use them.
Is there a monthly fee or contract?
